Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

Turbo back, must have

Purchased this system and without a doubt a must have. Installation fairly straight forward. However if DIY recommend a friend to help and a hoist. Or just pay a exhaust place to do it. The hardest thing of the instal was the 3 nuts coming off the dump pipe. 1 nut on top in particular I recommend replacing original with a slightly smaller nut in order to fit a spanner to tighten. The sound in my opinion is perfect, not too loud or drony and when you hit the higher rev range you really hear and feel the full potential, giving it extra ponies. Thank you cherrytuning. Money well spent.
