Designed for the Kia (BD) Cerato GT, this Competition Intercooler kit by Wagner Tuning offers ideal internal airflow, optimal cooling and a significant increase in performance.

A new tube fin competition core adds a 60% larger frontal surface and 118% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. Ideal for racing use, this new design offers excellent cooling, minimal back pressure and increases air flow to adjoining components.

The kit is protected with an anti-corrosion powder coating, shielding it from all environmental influences.

This kit comes with:

  • 1 intercooler
  • 2 silicone hoses (black)
  • 1 air baffle
  • 1 mounting material
  • 1 installation instruction

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

You get what you pay for

Yes one of the most expensive and possibly overlooked upgrades. But if you know whats good for your engine and how it's a critical component part of any upgrade, it's simply a must for chasing not just power, but the added air flow and cooling to your turbo. This is more then double the size of the factory one. And still manages to fit within the bumper of Cerato GT with no modifications for clearances. As others mentioned, the build quality is next to none. German made, need I say more? If you're thinking about tuning your car or simply want to run it cooler, I'd say go for it.

The Craftsman ship of the intercooler is immaculate. Everything you need for the assembly is in the box. If you have basic mechanical knowledge this will be a breeze super easy to install. The performance was noticeable straight away. Thanks Guys.!

Great addition

Have it installed on my MY22 BD PE Cerato GT, and it feels alot more alive on take off and pulls much harder. Spins the wheels changing from 1st-2nd gear ;)
Had to make a couple of adjustments to the front air deflector as it was hitting the front support beam, just bent it in on the edges to fit it on. Looks like its different on the facelift my22 models but other than that fitted perfectly and I love the extra more consistent power

Easy to fit, took me 30 minutes. The car feels like it has proper power now. Quality and build is amazing. Price is high but worth it
