The Authorised Dealer Program

This is the primary pathway for workshops to begin offering Cherry Tuning services. As an Authorised Dealer, you handle the client and the vehicle, while we provide the custom ECU calibration.

Onboarding Requirements

To ensure a professional network, all Authorised Dealers must meet the following requirements:

• Business Verification: You must be a registered and operating automotive workshop.
• Dealer Buy-in Fee: A one-time fee of AU$8,000 . This includes:
  • One (1) Slave tuning tool Green Technology Devices VF2 Flasher locked to the Cherry Tuning master account.
  • Account setup on our exclusive Dealer Portal.
  • 450 in initial Dealer Credits to get you started.
• Signed Dealer Agreement: A formal agreement outlining terms, liability, and brand usage guidelines must be signed.

The Dealer Credit System

Our Dealer Portal operates on a simple, prepaid credit system. This streamlines the process, allowing you to request tunes on-demand without managing per-file invoices.

• Credit Value: 1 Dealer Credit = A$1.00
• How it Works: You purchase "Dealer Credits" in bulk to load your account wallet. These credits are then redeemed for our tune file packages.

Dealer Credit Packs (Purchasing Credits)

We reward upfront investment with bonus credits, reducing your effective cost per tune.

3.3. Tune Packages & Redemption

We offer three clear tune packages. The cost is determined by the complexity of the job and your dealer status.

Tune Package Definitions:

• Basic Tune: For lightly modified vehicles or for vehicles running a specific set of modifications and able to run one of our CTxxx Tune Files. Limited to 2 revisions (unless there is a tune issue) and only basic tune options (exhaust valve mods, idle speed, ghost cams, or basic pop tunes)
• Advanced Tune: For more heavily modified vehicles still running OEM turbo and fuel system (including OEM replacement parts, like a 2GTE0 turbo on an early 2.0T model), or vehicles that are not conforming to out CTxxx package guidelines and want a custom tune. Includes full revision support and any/all tune options.
• Complex Tune: For vehicles with major hardware changes (non-OEM turbo, fuel changes like WMI or Ethanol Blend, built engines, etc.). Requires a pre-booked dyno session for on-demand support, tuning will be performed alongside you in real time.

3.4. Achieving Preferred Dealer Status

Preferred status is reserved for our most committed partners. To qualify, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Volume: Maintain an average of five (5) tune file redemptions per month over a 3-month period.
• Commitment: Pre-purchase a A$10,000 Dealer Credit pack.
• Co-Branding: Prominently feature "Custom Tuning supplied by Cherry Tuning" on your website and primary business signage (subject to brand approval).

The Certified SIM2K-250 Tuner Program

Your Path to N-Performance Greatness!

This program is designed for established professionals ready to make a significant investment in their in-house tuning capabilities. It moves beyond file service into a comprehensive transfer of our knowledge, methods, and intellectual property.

Prerequisites for Application

This program is exclusive and requires a high level of existing infrastructure and experience. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered business with a permanent, physical workshop.
• Own and be proficient with a Master tuning tool capable of reading/writing the SIM2K-250 ECU.
• Have consistent access to a chassis dynamometer.
• Provide evidence of existing, professional tuning experience.

Program Structure & Investment

The program is structured in modules, allowing you to license the specific IP you need.

Module 1: Core Training & Initial ECU License

• Investment: AU$15,000
• Inclusions:
  • 2-Day Intensive Training Course: A comprehensive remote course covering our complete tuning workflow, including WinOLS navigation, torque structure, fuel and ignition strategies, limiters, and datalog analysis.
  • Two (2) Follow-Up Training Sessions: Shorter training sessions (1-2 hours) for use whenever you want during the first three (3) months.
  • Lifetime IP License: A lifetime license for one (1) WinOLS Tuning Pack for the software version of your choice (e.g., CNPNKM___T3A).
  • Tuning Resources: You will receive a step-by-step tuning guide for the SIM2K-250 as well as several base maps for your software version.
  • Priority Support & Updates (Year 1): One year of support for advanced tuning questions and access to updates for your map pack.
• Not Included:
  • ECU Tooling: No ECU reading or writing hardware is included in this price.
  • Master Tool Training: The expectation is that you are already proficient in the use of ECU reading and writing tools.

Option: In-Person Training

• Investment: +AU$5,000 to initial training cost.
• Inclusions:
  • 1-Day Initial Overview: An in-depth overview and introduction of our tuning workflow.
  • 2-Day Intensive Dyno Training: Building on the overview we will spend 2 days on the dyno running through our standard tuning process, take a deep dive into datalogs, and perform proof of concept work on things like the ECU Torque Structure.
• Not Included:
  • Travel Costs: We will perform this training at any location you designate, anywhere in the world, but the cost of travel and accommodation is not included in this price. If we are required to travel to you, there will be additional charges involved.
  • Dyno Setup/Usage Training: The expectation is that you have, or have access to, a dyno that you are confident with using - or we are performing this training on our dyno in our shop in Hornsby, NSW.

Module 2: Additional Map Pack

• Investment: AU$1,000 per Software Version.
• Inclusions:
  • Additional Map Pack A lifetime license for one (1) additional WinOLS Tuning Map Pack.
  • Follow-Up Training Session: Shorter training sessions (1-2 hours) for use whenever you want during the first three (3) months.

Option: Base Maps

• Investment: +AU$1,500 per Software Version.
• Inclusions:
  • Additional Base Map Files: You will receive several additional base map files for your chosen software version.

Module 3: Annual Support & Update Subscription

• Investment:AU$2,500 per year (commences after Year 1).
• Inclusions:
  • Map Pack Updates: Continued access to all new map pack developments and updates for your relevant software versions.
  • Continued support: Ongoing priority technical support.

Terms & Conditions

All partnerships are subject to a formal agreement which includes, but is not limited to, clauses on Non-Disclosure (NDA), Intellectual Property rights, brand usage, and limitation of liability. A copy of this agreement will be provided during the application process.
