Shipping policy
Items are packaged at and shipped out of our warehouse in Hornsby, and standard handling time on orders is 48 hours.
Orders that are suitable for postage with Australia Post are sent with standard shipping, with an ETA of 2-5 days from date of shipping.
Larger/Bulky items are shipped with a courier service and generally have an expected delivery time of 2-3 days from date of shipping.
For international shipping, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply once your order reaches your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs policies vary, so please check with your local customs office for details.
While Cherry Tuning endeavours to keep all products available and in stock, ready for shipping, there will be times when products are out of stock. Customers will be notified in a fortnightly email regarding expected ETAs for backordered products. If you're concerned about whether a product is in stock or not, please check with us prior to ordering
