Honestly, fresh consumables and good tyres do more for this car than any power part. If you want a small driveability lift, a quality panel air filter and a full service are the sensible starting point.

Can I get a tune for the 1.4 i20?

There's no real ECU tuning support for the naturally-aspirated PB i20, and without a turbo the gains wouldn't justify the cost anyway. We'd steer you away from spending money chasing kilowatts on this one.

What realistic power gains can I expect from bolt-ons?

Very little. An intake or cat-back exhaust on a small NA engine like this is mostly about sound and breathing, not measurable power, so set expectations at single-digit kilowatts at best.

Are there any known weak points to watch?

The PB i20 is generally a tough little thing. Keep on top of the timing belt and water pump on the 1.4, stay current with servicing, and watch front suspension bushes and brakes as they age, since most cars are well into high kilometres now.
