This file service is for complex tunes with any level of modification and with any/all options available. Within reason, these tunes will come with as many revisions as required to achieve your desired level of completeness. The expectation is that the car will be on a dyno for this level of tune, and you require "on demand" tune assistance.

While recommended for all tune levels, it is especially important for this level of tune to be booked into our calendar. After purchasing, please call our shop to book in your desired tuning time, additionally, we recommend that you allow access to the car for 2 days as a precaution.

If you purchase this tune and your tune request does not meet these requirements, or if you purchase from the wrong dealer tier, there may be additional charges for the completion of the tune.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging
