The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core (Tube Fin) with the dimensions 580 mm x 150 mm x 135,4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.3 litres) , which was developed especially for the requirements of the Facelift Hyundai I30N. This high-performance core offers an 44.3 % larger frontal surface and 101.4 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminium cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent cooling property with a minimal back pressure. The newly developed performance core provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow by using a specially prepared air baffle. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.

This kit comes with:

  • 1x intercooler
  • 2x silicone hoses (black)
  • 1x air baffle
  • 1x mounting material

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging
