This product is no longer for sale on its own. To request a revision or retune of a tune we've previously built for you, head to www.cherrytuned.com and start a revision against your existing tune. Revisions are paid for with portal credits, the same as new tunes.

What this product used to be

Previously, if you'd already been tuned by Cherry Tuning and wanted your tune file updated - to suit additional modifications, or to make major changes after a significant period of time - you'd buy this product. We'd then re-tune your file based on your new requirements.

That workflow is now handled inside the Cherry Tuned portal. Your tune history lives against your account, so when you submit a revision the tuner can see the original tune, your past revisions, and any log files you've uploaded.

How to request a revision

  1. Sign up / log in at www.cherrytuned.com.
  2. Buy portal credits if you don't already have a balance.
  3. Find your existing tune in the portal and start a revision against it. Describe what's changed (new mods, new goals) and attach a log file if you have one.
  4. The tuning team will respond in-portal with an updated tune file and any follow-up questions. All comms and log file uploads happen there from then on.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging
