The service logbook for the i30N indicates a 10,000km / 12-month service interval. So long as the car isn't driven particularly hard (i.e. no track work) and good, high-quality oils are used, then the 10,000km service interval is suitable for most people.

If, however, your car is heavily modified and/or you spend a lot of time doing hard driving or track work, we would recommend doing the mid-interval oil change service at 5,000km / 6-months. There is a spot in the logbook for these services, so you can still get the booked stamped, so not only will you be doing the best thing for the longevity of your engine, you'll also be adding to potential resale value by showing how much you care!
