This aftermarket intercooler upgrade utilises a high-efficiency bar and plate core, offering significantly greater cooling capacity than the factory intercooler. Ideal for tuned vehicles, high-boost setups, and performance enthusiasts looking to reduce intake temperatures and maximise reliability.

Installation Notes

  • Professional installation recommended
  • Minor trimming may be required depending on setup
  • Relocation of external air temp sensor is required- the bracket can be bent out of the way but we trim it off flush and move the sensor to a vertical support- see product photos for reference.


*Please note this kit sits slightly off centre due to charge pipe design, we may look to revise this in future but if so, it will result in a slightly smaller cooler. We opted to go against our OCD in the pursuit of performance.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging
