aFe Takeda Stg2 Intake

Great quality product, super easy to install very straight forward, came with a nice cone filter, and i can hear the car gulping that extra air it has now access to.

Another awesome part

10 minute install, everything fits perfectly and as it should. Almost looks like factory part.
Induction noise isn't nearly as prominent as I expected it would be, however the car ('17 SR) definitely sounds more throaty, which is fine by me.

My only complaint with the part is how the rubber seal kinks at the corners. It may very well seal fine but it cheapens it a little in my eyes and definitely looks like it could be a leak point. Could've been easily avoided wby designing the opening with slightly larger radius' corners or a round hole.
I will probably look for a different seal option later on.
Other than that it's a thumbs up.
I didn't notice any difference in performance from this part on the stock tune running around the block - but that may be more apparent when pushing it in the upper revs.

One of the best CAIs

Bought this right after being stuck for 2 weeks due to the flooding on the Hawkesbury in 2022. I hadn't driven in a while and wanted to finally get a proper CAI to help my car breathe. As soon as I got the notification from Cherry that stock was in, I drove straight to the workshop in Hornsby, picked it up, and then installed it in a Maccas car park. The rubber seal was slightly difficult, and didn't read the instructions correctly for the vacuum line (accidentally spun the washer in the intake tube by overtightening it), however, the sound improvement was perfect! It isn't extremely loud, but it's not as quiet as the stock intake either. Although it probably doesn't do much power-wise stock, it definitely makes you think you're in a racecar after installing such a big pod filter lol. I am currently waiting on receiving my intercooler resonator delete from Cherry, which I think should help with getting a bit of extra induction noise out of it. One of the best mods I've done to my car so far.
