The factory downpipe on the i30 Sedan N has two cats in it and is the biggest restriction in the system, which is why a catted high-flow downpipe is the core of our Stage 1 (CT500) package, together with colder plugs, an upgraded blow-off valve, a pitch-mount bush and the tune.

That package generally adds around 65kW and 115Nm at the flywheel. This page has our Theta turbo downpipe for the sedan and the xForce CN7 N downpipe, plus the xForce valved cat-back, Borla ATAK cat-backs, aFe cat-back, axle-back and Takeda mid-pipe options, an MBRP cat-back, the xForce drive mode adaptor and our upgraded exhaust valve spring. Note that 2024-on facelift cars need a different exhaust hanger with our downpipe, and the listing explains it.
