Its filters use layers of oiled cotton gauze instead of paper, so rather than throwing a dirty filter away you clean it, re-oil it and refit it. We stock K&N drop-in replacement filters that fit the factory airbox, and complete K&N intake systems, for the i30 and i30 N, Elantra AD, Cerato BD, Kona, Veloster and ProCeed GT. A drop-in filter is the simplest intake upgrade there is and needs no other changes to the car.
