While most aftermarket intakes are open into the engine bay, the aFe Takeda intake for the 1.6T i30, Cerato and Veloster is completely closed, only open out to the factory air snorkel in the front bumper.

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

Excellent looking intake looks oem and doesn’t grab a lot of attention pins up well with a Velossa tech big mouth
Sounds great and also like the feature with the rubber plug on the side of the air box for increased turbo noise.

The Install on a 2021 Cerato GT

The installation instructions were clear and easy to understand but some of the actions are easier said then done. I found removing the factory intake pipe took a bit of effort and the connection to the intake vent needed to be modified a little. Haven’t driven the car yet so I can’t comment on performance.
