Product details
Two-piece intake for the 1.6 T-GDi Koup. The lower section takes the filter down behind the bar for cold air; remove it and the kit runs as a short ram. On a small turbo motor the factory airbox is a real restriction, so this one does more than an intake on a naturally aspirated car ever will.
- Mandrel-bent aluminium tubing, black or polished
- Washable cone filter
- MR Technology geometry keeps the factory MAF in range - no tune needed
In cold-air form the filter sits low, so think about where you drive before you commit to that configuration. Fitted and left standard you get response and turbo noise; fitted alongside a tune on the G4FJ is where it actually shows on a dyno.
