Product details
A single JE forged piston for the Gamma 1.6 T-GDi (G4FJ). 2618 aluminium, FSR forging, made in the USA, with rings, a 20mm (0.787in) pin and locks included.
- 77.50mm bore: 0.5mm over the factory 77.0mm, so the cylinder is bored and honed to suit
- -8.7cc dish, 1.099in compression height, for the factory 85.4mm stroke; about 9.5:1
- One piston. An engine needs four.
A spare or replacement for an existing JE 77.5mm set. Starting a build, buy the set.
Fits the G4FJ 1.6T: Veloster Turbo (FS, JS), Elantra SR Turbo / Sport (AD), i30 SR / N Line 1.6T and Elantra GT 1.6T (PD), Cerato / Forte GT (BD), Cerato / Forte Koup 1.6T (YD), pre-facelift Kona 1.6T. Not the Smartstream 1.6T (G4FP, 75.6mm bore) in the i30 Sedan N Line, facelift Kona, Sonata or K5, nor the 1.5T i30.
