Get increased fuel and pressure for your i30N, or Kona N, with the uprated HPFP.  The Hyundai i30N, especially pre-facelift models, are known to experience issues with their fuel pressure pump.

Imported direct from Hyundai in South Korea, this high pressure fuel pump has been known to help those experiencing ongoing fuel issues; whether your car is hitting the limit of their OEM fuel pressure pump or experiencing rough idles.  We also believe this can be a good upgrade prior to a performance ecu tune where fuelling can, but not always, become more of a pronounced issue.

Here are some logs showing the difference between a tuned Kona N before and after the upgraded HPFP, note the rail pressure drops down to 95MPa before the upgrade

Here you can see the upgraded fuel pump, shown at the same boost (~22psi) and RPM. Even though there is a small dip in the rail pressure, the pressure shown is actually still higher than the stock rail pressure on the Kona N pump.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

Fixed boost cut

ECU tuned i30n started cutting boost after shifting gears around 15psi+ (partial and full wot) from second to third. Installed hpfp, gave it a good (multiple) rip in Mexico and no more boost cut. Car drives smoother as well especially during gear changes going off and on throttle. If you are ECU tuned or planning on it this is a necessary upgrade, and speak to your tuner for recommendations. You will have fueling issues even on a facelift model like mine.
