Product details
Progressive-rate lowering springs for the Czech-built second-generation i30 hatch, European type GDH, 2012 to early 2017. About 30mm lower at both ends, on the factory dampers, TUV-approved.
Cold-coiled chrome-silicon wire, shot peened and powder coated. Sold as a set of four. Choose petrol (1.4 or 1.6 GDi) or diesel (1.4 or 1.6 CRDi).
Check the car before you order. The Australian GD hatch was Korean-built, and AST lists only the GDH. AST does not list the 1.8 or 2.0 petrol, the 1.6 T-GDi Turbo, or the US Elantra GT. A Czech-built car's VIN starts TMA. The Tourer wagon uses different springs.
The gain is modest: a lower stance and less roll. On worn dampers the dampers set the limit. Get a wheel alignment after fitting.
