All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping. The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

i got the i30n ones for my cerato because i didnt want it too low. definite improvement over the stock springs without being too firm. money well spent.

Just installed these and couldn't be happier. Perfect drop and comfortable ride. Definite improvement thanks to progressive spring design over the factory stiff springs. It's very much possible to install these your self provided you have the know how and the right tools. EIBACH recommends wheel alignment after installation but wait for a week to allow the springs settle in first. I took it for a 100km round trip and drove it hard. If installed correctly, no noise or anything unusual like the faulty previous versions on the comment's prior. The stance is unbelievably gorgeous. Next in the list are, 20 or 30 mm spacers for that ultimate look and further improved cornering thanks to wider track. 😉

DO NOT BUY FOR CERATO GT

Car looks great with these springs but that's as far as the 1 star goes. Once these set after about a week or 2 you'll notice horrible sounds, creaking and such when low speed turning, full lock and speed humps. These have some serious design flaws and or they need to be recalled. Spoken to multiple people with these in and they have the same issue. Two even reporting damaged strut tops, which sadly they have to cover from their own pocket. Cherry needs to stop selling these or contact Eibach to do some investigation. Wouldn't recommend, will be putting stock springs back in ASAP then will assess if their is any damage.

First of all, we wanted to say thank you for alerting us to this issue and for chatting with us over the phone today. We have been selling and installing this item for 3 years and have had no issues or complaints - in fact, yours was the first! Upon receiving your complaint, and as you are aware, we have been in contact with Eibach Australia (who were also unaware) to get to the bottom of this issue. We always encourage customers to get in contact with us if any item they have purchased is faulty or suspected to be faulty - we can't solve a problem unless we know that something is wrong, and we were extremely surprised to hear that people have been experiencing issues that had not, until today, notified us.
We have removed the item from purchase on our site and will only make available for purchase again, once the issue is resolved.
It appears the issues are affecting customers that have received springs from this year (2022). I hope our quick action, genuine concern and response to your complaints has helped to make things right, despite the disappointing experience you have had with the springs. We will be in contact with updates once we have a resolution.

Look Great, right amount of drop

Super happy with the springs, while the car is lower and looks great its not to low and im not bottoming out on every driveway, the Cherry team turned my order around quickly with no issue, highly recommend

Eibach lowering springs on Kia Cerato GT

Almost feels like the stock springs but lowered. Really satisfied with the quality and ride height.
