The Hyundai and Kia lower torque mount bush replaces the original rubber bush for increased engine stability under acceleration and boosts the torque reaction of the mount for improved acceleration response. A slight increase in NVH should be expected but improved control of wheel spin/hop is achieved.

Powerflex's special polyurethane is an advanced material with unique properties. Upgrade your Hyundai or Kia with high performance bushings, bushings that won't cause excessive vibration or noise (this is Powerflex's claim, not ours) and include a Lifetime Warranty!

To suit the variable requirements of the different drivers, these parts are available in four different ratings of shore hardness to balance performance requirements. Whilst an increase in material stiffness will reduce engine movement, additional noise and vibration maybe felt.

  • Red has only a small increase in NVH, designed for us with diesel vehicles.
  • Yellow Shore A 70 is an upgraded replacement for the original bush, recommended for fast road use
  • Purple Shore A 80 is a stiffer material to suit higher powered cars that may be used on the track
  • Black Shore A 95 is our Black Series part for extreme Track and Motorsport applications for ultimate engine stability

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

important little mod

get rid of most of your axle hop with one of these. i got purple. no noticable extra vibrations.

Powerflex Torque mount bushes

I have fitted up a few of these powerflex bushes to various cars. They stop axle tramp/wheel hop about 90% and the additional NVH is very minor.. For a full N Spec i30/Kona I would go Purple version but a N-Line or base i30 I would go red/yellow. A very worthy upgrade for a more direct feel, better traction and better gearchanges. CherryTuning are also a credible supplier who ship quickly also.
