The CT550 is Stage 2 for the pre-facelift (2018-20) i30 N hatch. On top of the CT500 parts it adds what the engine needs to hold more boost: Hyundai's uprated high-pressure fuel pump, our tube-and-fin intercooler to keep intake temps down, an aFe Takeda Stage-2 intake with turbo inlet pipe, and the CT550 tune.
Fitted and tuned at our Clyde NSW workshop. Packages aren't shipped.

Fitting and tune
About 4 hours of workshop fitting is included in the price. Our CT550 pre-written tune is included. We load it in the workshop and road-test the car before it goes home. Want pops, ghost cam, idle changes and the like? Add tune options in the builder (+$250). Want it built on the dyno around your exact car, with a dyno sheet to show for it? Choose a custom dyno tune (+$750).

Power and torque are averaged flywheel figures from our own dyno sheets, collected over several years of tuning these cars. Treat them as a guide, not a promise: fuel, condition, gearbox and how hard you want the tune all move the result.
Price
$3,550 fitted and tuned on a car that already runs our CT500 parts.
Starting from stock? It's $6,250 with the CT500 parts fitted in the same visit, still one tune. The builder adds them for you: just untick "I already have the CT500 parts".
Labour is included. Already have one of the parts? Untick it in the builder and the part and its fitting come off, and you keep the package discount on the rest.

Untick any CT550 part you already have, or step the tune up to options or a custom dyno tune. If you're starting from stock, untick the CT500 box and the builder adds those parts too.

Good to know
- Each stage builds on the one before it, so the car stays reliable as the power climbs.
- Pre-facelift (2018-20) hatch only. The facelift hatch has its own CT550 package with a Forge intercooler made for it.
