Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

Exhaust and catless downpipe

Tristan installed the xforce exhaust with the airtec catless downpipe in the shop on my i30n back in July. Amazing customer service and absolutely love the sound of my exhaust now. I asked a lot of questions as I do not know a lot about cars, just the basics and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Received the exhaust just two days after purchasing from Cherry Tuning. Perfect sounding exhaust and exactly what i wanted. the exhaust tips look very aggressive on top of the insane sound the system outputs.
